I’m pleased to share that the formula genuinely met its ambitious claims! It demonstrated exceptional longevity, lasting close to 16 hours under various conditions. However, after indulging in two greasier meals, there was a noticeable breakdown around the 12-14 hour mark, depending on one’s eating habits. The product remained resistant to both food and water, as I observed no marks on my glasses while enjoying my morning lattes or hydrating with water throughout the day. Post-meal, it exhibited minimal transfer, maintaining its integrity on my lips except for the very inner area after enjoying a rich, oil-heavy pesto lunch.

The color payoff was rich and applied smoothly, showing a remarkable ability to be forgiving and not settling excessively into lip lines. Initially, the liquid lipstick felt light and somewhat thin but transformed into a slightly clingy, satin-like finish after about 30 seconds. I found it to feel less clingy after two hours of wear, making it very comfortable for extended use. Notably, it didn’t dry out my lips even after multiple consecutive days of application.
