Shy Michael Jordan, Who Was Redfaced by Oprah’s Flirts, Once Got Speechless When His “Sensual” Perfume Was Promoted on the Tonight Show

Michael Jordan is one of the most elite sports personalities in the world. The world’s richest athlete is not only known for what he did in the NBA and for basketball but also made his mark worldwide for his overall impact as an athlete. MJ has always been one of the most rigid, arrogant, and obsessive freaks of nature. All obviously in elite terms. His quality and talent were second to none. MJ has been confident in himself and has always had a sense of charisma about himself in the way he talked and carried himself. For a personality like Michael, saying that he would actually be a shy person is something that probably nobody would believe. But MJ was actually shy and probably still is. And that was proven multiple times on camera as well.

In 1996, Michael Jordan went to ‘The Tonight Show’ with Jay Leno. Michael had made several appearances on Jay’s show from time to time. This time around, he was there to promote his new cologne range and talk about his upcoming movie Space Jam . Jay Leno, while promoting Michael Jordan’s cologne line, talked about a certain fragrance named “sensual”.

Jay said, “Sensual”, in a particular manner, and MJ just did not know how to respond. His expressions proved how shy he was and he said, “Do you want me to say something?” His further expressions got the crowd going as Jay started reading out the description of the perfume. Jay narrated, “He’s magnetic, he’s sensual. He’s unforgettable. Providing a sensual base that lasts and lasts.” MJ was evidently speechless and shy, so he just broke into laughter. With him, all the audience did as well.

Oprah Winfrey is an undisputed legend in what she does. Out of all the talk shows, Oprah’s had been one of the longest-running shows. Around the time Space Jam was about to release, Michael also made an appearance on her show as well.

Everybody knows how charismatic Michael is. But how spontaneous and charming Oprah has always been, is also very well known. So when MJ went there Oprah was wearing the same Michael Jordan Air perfumes and asked Michael if he smelled her. After that, she joked and flirted, “Do you know how big you are? And I don’t mean in size!”
