While the quote suggests a gradual decline, I can confidently say that 2022 didn’t just challenge me; it felt like a complete dismantling of my spirit.
In stark contrast to the sentiment expressed, I truly believe that 2023 is the year I found my way back to vitality and purpose.
This year also marked a significant milestone for me as I celebrated my 40th birthday.
In an exciting endeavor, my husband and I collaborated on designing and constructing a stunning mid-century inspired den addition to our home. This project not only enhanced our living space but also brought us closer together as a couple.
During this transformative year, I participated in the iArtist program in Nashville, an experience that truly reshaped my creative perspective and inspired me in ways I never anticipated.
Additionally, I embarked on a project set to launch in the upcoming year, which has me excited and motivated for what’s to come.
One of the highlights of my year was attending an Odesza concert, an experience that reignited my passion for music and creativity.
Additionally, I had the incredible opportunity to host a live shopping show with the renowned Italian skincare brand SKIN&CO, merging my passion for beauty with interactive engagement.
This year also saw me providing makeup services for 40 weddings, allowing me to share my artistry and creativity with many beautiful brides.
In a personal effort to embrace a healthier lifestyle, I adjusted my diet to manage my hereditary fructose intolerance, significantly reducing my wine intake. This lifestyle change resulted in reduced inflammation and a remarkable 30-pound weight loss.
As I look ahead, I’m filled with anticipation for what 2024 will bring, as 2023 has truly been a remarkable year filled with growth and new experiences.
