They are touted as a “hydrating and mattifying liquid lipstick enriched with hyaluronic acid and tsubaki oil.” This innovative formula promises to deliver long-lasting wear without the sticky feeling often associated with traditional lip products. Additionally, being fragrance-free is a remarkable feature that sets this lipstick apart from others in the market. This is particularly appealing for those sensitive to scents or who prefer a more natural experience with their makeup.

As demonstrated by the swatches on my arm, these lipsticks offer astonishing pigmentation with just one swipe. The applicator is ingeniously designed to be flexible, allowing for precise application around my pronounced cupid’s bow. The lightweight formula felt incredibly comfortable, avoiding that heavy or “helmet” sensation that some matte lipsticks can impart. Throughout the day, I often forgot I was wearing a matte lipstick, which speaks volumes about the comfort level of this product!

I particularly enjoyed the shade “Brave Berry,” which struck me as a beautifully neutral pinkish hue that complements virtually any makeup look. It’s versatile enough to wear during the day or for an evening out.

“Mindful Mauve” quickly became my favorite shade, as I am drawn to purple-toned lip colors. This particular shade brightened up my entire makeup look and provided a fresh pop of color that was both fun and flattering.

My experience with “Noble Nude” was not as favorable. Although it appeared fine in the tube, the shade completely washed me out when applied. This shade may work better for someone with a different undertone.

My expectations were high for “Pretty Pink” after the disappointment with “Noble Nude.” Unfortunately, this shade also washed me out, highlighting the challenges of finding the perfect pink.

In contrast, “Rustic Rose” was nothing short of stunning! I adored how it leaned toward a nude shade on me, which was exactly what I anticipated with “Noble Nude.” It’s a fantastic option for those who prefer a more muted, elegant lip color.

Although I don’t often reach for red lipsticks, this vibrant blue-red is precisely what I would choose if I did! Despite its intense pigmentation, it felt incredibly lightweight on the lips. In comparison to other brands like Maybelline Superstay, I found this formulation easier to apply, which is a significant plus.

I was pleasantly surprised by “Sweet Spice,” which I initially thought was too dark in the tube. However, I can already envision it as a stunning fall shade that will elevate any autumn-inspired makeup look!
