Target is my best friend, my fairy godmother and my spiritual advisor, all rolled into one. More realistically, my grocery store, beauty supply store and coffeeshop too.
We’ve already talked about the best skincare at Target. I shop there so often that I’ve found plenty of makeup dupes too in my time spent wandering the aisles.
Here are 7 makeup dupes that you must add to cart next time you’re in the pearly aisles of the Targ. With all the money you save, buy yourself a fun Starbucks drink on your way out. I’m currently into the pistachio cream cold brew.
I love a color corrector but we ride cruelty free here, and the much-hyped Dr. Jart Cicapair cream isn’t. Not only is the Hero Cosmetics Rescue Balm +Red Correct Post-Blemish Recovery Cream $12.99 vs. $21 for the same size of Dr. Jart, but in a more hygienically packaged tube. I compared the two products more in depth HERE.

This product is actually 2 dupes. The Sheer Golden shade is what I use instead of the $46 Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter. The Sheer Bronzed shade is what I love way more than Drunk Elephant’s D-Bronzi Drops. You could get both shades for the same price as D-Bronzi, $36.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze for $23-we don’t know her! Why bother when elf Brow Lift is $6 and does the same thing. It’s easy to apply, holds great and doesn’t flake.

We have another Charlotte Tilbury dupe and this time it’s a $13 dupe for the $46 Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder. I like this for setting under eyes but have set my t zone as well for mattifying and a pore softening finish.

I’ve probably used these $5 lip pencils longer than any other product in this post. I go through them so fast in my freelance kit. No need for a $21 MAC lip pencil; MAC isn’t cruelty free anyways. I love the shades Nude Beige and Nude Truffle for lip contouring, Mauve for a true mid tone, ever for a shy red and Peekaboo Neutral for a Pillowtalk dupe.

I honestly think I might like these even better than the similar Urban Decay 24/7 Liners. True to the name, they are just so soft and silky, which makes them easy to apply and smudge and smoke out as I love to do. My Favorite shades are Black Cocoa, Matte Mulberry and Deep Plum.

A client brought me this $10 primer to use on her and I was amazed at how similar it is to the $36 Milk Hydro Grip primer. It’s especially great for oily skin and/or hot climates and feels lightweight.
