PRINCETON, NJ – Three women concealed over $8,000 in designer fragrances into bags and left a store without paying for them, West Windsor Police said.
The incident occurred on July 3, at the Ulta Beauty store in Nassau Park Pavilion. Police released the information on Thursday. Although the store address says Princeton, the store is technically located in West Windsor.
On July 17, one of the women returned to Ulta, and store employees recognized her by her red hair and distinctive tattoos, police said.

Authorities detained Natilia Victor who used a New Jersey driver’s license belonging to someone else to hide her true identity, police said. After identifying Victor as one of the shoplifters from the July 3 incident, officers found that she was a “Wanted Person” out of Pennsylvania, and had warrants for her arrest from Ewing, Lawrence, and Trenton.
Victor was processed at West Windsor Police Headquarters and later taken to the Mercer County Correction Center.
