I almost styled my hair with curls for our visit to see the reindeer, but I’m glad I opted for a simpler look since it snowed throughout our trip, leaving my hair wet and frizzy. My best advice for winter hair is to go for a chic and easy blowout paired with a cozy headband. Additionally, ensure you wear a coat with a hood or a hat to shield yourself from the snow. This step is crucial for creating a clean canvas before applying makeup. I maximized moisture by mixing the Agent Holi Creme with Holi Oil for a radiant base. These three preparatory steps are vital; any traces of dead skin can ruin your makeup application. I then used the RMS Uncoverup in 11.5 to conceal dark circles and blemishes, as it blends beautifully into the skin, providing a flawless finish. For additional coverage, I occasionally applied a light layer of RMS Liquid Foundation in 11.5, but less is often more for a natural look.
For bronzer, I reached for my reliable Zao Foundation Stick in 780, which added a lovely, dewy flush of color to my cheeks, forehead, and eye crease. A highlight that stole the show was the RMS Master Radiance in Rich, which I applied over my makeup for a stunning glow. I maintained my brows with a pencil in Ashy Daybreak, and for lips, I used the aforementioned lip liners paired with the lip oils. The Inika Bold Mascara was my go-to, and it held up remarkably well in the snow without smudging. To keep my brows looking polished, I applied a small amount of Inika Powder Foundation in Trust for a matte finish in that area, along with a hint under my eyes. Additionally, I added a touch of the Inika Bronzer in Sunbeam to my cheeks and eye creases for a pop of color that complemented the dewy cream makeup beautifully.

I chose my favorite gold hoops, the Becca Hoops, which are lightweight and ideal for sensitive ears, although they were mostly hidden under my ear warmer. For footwear, my North Face Waterproof Boots provided both style and practicality—they were warm, grippy, and cute! Additionally, I discovered some fantastic fleece-lined tights on Amazon that fit comfortably under my pants, adding an extra layer of warmth.
