As winter continues to blanket us in snow and cold temperatures (currently at -2 degrees), I find myself enjoying the cozy atmosphere of my day off. However, yesterday in the store was quite chilly, and I anticipate tomorrow will be similarly uncomfortable. To combat the cold, I recently purchased a pair of skin-coloured fleece-lined tights, which have proven effective in keeping me warm. I can’t help but dream of having an entire skin suit made of fleece for the next few days to maximize my comfort!

Although we are in the heart of Valentine’s month, I prefer not to overly promote this consumer-driven holiday. Instead, my friends and I have embraced a more relaxed approach, focusing on the vibrant red and pink color themes instead of traditional Valentine’s designs. We decided that if we feel inspired by hearts and Valentine’s motifs, we can share them without any pressure. It’s safe to say that we all have a soft spot for hearts, leading to posts like my latest creation featuring Candy Hearts. With my nails finally back to a longer length, I can indulge in creating fun and festive manicures like this one!

Each detail of this design was meticulously hand-drawn, and I faced quite a challenge crafting the lettering with a tiny paintbrush! It’s truly impressive how some artists manage to achieve such fine and intricate lettering. While my attempts may not have reached those heights, I’m proud of what I accomplished given the complexity of the task!
