Feeling Overwhelmed? A Personal Account of Exhaustion and Self-Care – Over the past three weeks, I’ve found myself grappling with a significant level of fatigue that has made it challenging to keep up with my blogging and personal organization goals. Initially, I was brimming with energy and enthusiasm, but as time progressed, that vigor has dwindled, leading to feelings of exhaustion. My routine includes taking midday naps on my days off around noon, and there have been times when I’ve taken multiple naps in a single day yet still felt as if my legs were burdened with weights. While I’m thankful for the additional opportunities to attend press events, even with shorter work weeks made possible by utilizing my remaining vacation days, I continue to struggle with early mornings. I’ve noticed that going to bed around 12:30 AM might be contributing to this issue, so I’ve decided to prioritize an earlier bedtime in my routine.
