Unlike traditional mud masks, this product is a non-hardening “mud mask,” making it ideal for individuals like me with dry skin. It doesn’t strip away my skin’s natural moisture. Additionally, I appreciate not having to wait around for 10 minutes for the mask to dry—something I’ve come to dread.

This cleanser is multifunctional, offering not just oil control thanks to kaolin clay, but also includes LHA (lipohydroxy acid) derived from tomatoes for gentle exfoliation, along with the probiotic Lactobacillus from milk that helps maintain a healthy skin microbiome. Additionally, milk protein extract is included to provide hydration. However, it’s worth noting that these ingredients appear closer to the bottom of the ingredients list, indicating their impact may be minimal.

You have the option to leave this cleanser on for a few minutes, or if you prefer a quick routine like I do, simply rinse it off immediately in the shower. Impressively, it effectively removes sunscreen as well! After rinsing, my skin feels refreshingly clean without that tight, squeaky sensation often left by traditional mud masks.
