What makes this mask unique? This gel mask is enriched with vitamin C, 5% niacinamide, and collagen. It features a pearlescent finish, creating a shimmering effect that adds to the overall experience, although I’m not sure it provides any real skin benefits. The cooling sensation of the gel material was quite remarkable; my skin felt refreshingly chilled!
The protective plastic layer on the mask features wavy lines representing the Honmoon, a magical net or barrier formed by resonating human souls in the movie. This Honmoon prevents demons from entering the human realm, and I found it to be a charming way to connect the mask to the film!
The pearly finish of the mask is visually stunning! I even utilized the extra eye and mouth pieces on my chest because I didn’t want to waste any of the mask material!

Typically blue, the Honmoon can change to gold when enough souls are moved by Huntrix’s music. it transforms into a rainbow, representing the individuality of every soul. What a beautiful narrative!

I believe the Golden Honmoon mask would have been delightful if I had allowed it to sit for the recommended 2-3 hours, but I personally struggle with longer mask durations. Even an hour with Dr. Jart Cryo masks feels like a commitment for me, let alone 2-3 hours, which seems excessive. I suspect that anyone with a busy lifestyle or children would find this challenging as well.
