This summer started with a burst of organization as I meticulously planned out the most intriguing sheet masks to use and share with all of you. However, much like in 2022, unexpected challenges arose in August that threw my motivation off track. Now, I find myself pondering whether it was “beauty” that abandoned me or if I simply lost interest. It feels like there’s a waning enthusiasm for beauty products lately, but surely that can’t be the case, right? In the past, it seemed like the market was overflowing with groundbreaking sheet masks from both Asian and North American brands. However, as I sift through my collection, I can’t help but notice that many of the innovative masks I once adored have disappeared from the shelves. Why is this happening? This sentiment grows stronger with each mask I evaluate, and I sincerely apologize if some of my recommendations are no longer available. Regardless, I am eager to share my experiences because sheet masking remains an exciting and enriching ritual in the realm of skincare!

Essence Type: A little bit oily, which was an interesting texture!

Mask Fit: It felt a bit thick around the moustache and eyes, causing parts of the mask to brush against my mouth or eyelids
Tackiness: None! My skin felt incredibly soft and smooth, just like the name suggests!
Hydration: Very nice!
Other notes: Despite the oily essence, my skin didn’t feel tacky at all, which was a delightful surprise!
