As I write this, I anticipate that I will be feeling quite exhausted due to the bustling start of the holiday season at my workplace. This week marks the beginning of a significant client event that is scheduled to run throughout the week. These events tend to have their hectic moments, and I am mentally preparing myself to feel drained and unmotivated by the time I arrive home each evening!

The Sally Hansen x Sesame Street Collection is absolutely adorable! I ended up purchasing five shades inspired by beloved characters and their vibrant colors. While the shades inspired by Elmo, Big Bird, and Burt and Ernie were tempting, I found the “fuzzy” matte glitters less appealing, as they aren’t textures I typically enjoy or use often. Although it would have been delightful to have the complete collection, I ultimately decided to forgo those particular shades. I had initially intended to wear this striking metallic, mucous green for Halloween. Although I did manage to wear it briefly, I regrettably did not have the opportunity to create any nail art with it. Nonetheless, isn’t it stunning? It has a unique glow that might be a bit extravagant for Oscar the Grouch, but I appreciate that Sally Hansen chose a more exciting option than a plain forest green, which would have felt rather dull. I will certainly use this shade again, given its impressive pigmentation, though you might have to wait until October 2024 to see it again!
