I had an incredibly eventful weekend that left me quite frazzled; in fact, for two whole days, I found myself without any nail polish simply because I couldn’t make up my mind on which shade to wear! Saturday was reserved for a friend’s delightful BBQ gathering, while Sunday took me to the vibrant Vancouver Gem Show. To top it all off, I enjoyed a luxurious afternoon tea at Holts Cafe with a friend on Monday. While my days off were filled with wonderful experiences, they often left me too tired to dive into blogging, frequently leading to a delightful nap post any social event!

After much deliberation, I chose to showcase Cirque Colors in the enchanting shade “Mushroom Kingdom” from their captivating Fantastical Collection, which I proudly own in its entirety. I realized that thermal polishes tend to lose their unique characteristics over time, so it felt essential to document how stunning they appear in their prime!

The mesmerizing shade of Mushroom Kingdom transitions to a captivating red when cold and a vibrant bright pink when warm. Although this thermal effect is more subtle than my usual preference, it remains an incredibly stunning polish to wear. I have applied three thin coats, as this polish has a delicate jelly finish, which necessitates multiple layers to avoid any visible nail line (VNL). Brace yourself for an onslaught of delightful nail spam coming your way!

The beautiful transition that occurs when wearing this polish, especially on long nails, is a delightful sight to behold. However, as I noted earlier, the thermal effect is relatively subtle with this particular polish, making it a unique addition to any nail enthusiast’s collection.
