Hello, beautiful creatures! Today, I’m excited to share my vibrant and FUN Holo Boss Prisma Eyeshadow Look with you. Fun Lacquer is an innovative indie brand hailing from Singapore, dedicated to creating stunning makeup products. Their Holo Boss Prisma eyeshadow formula represents five years of meticulous development, resulting in a unique hybrid gel formula infused with holographic micro flakies, offering a radiant shimmer without the gritty texture of glitter. This versatile shadow can be applied alone for a more subtle shine or layered on top of other eyeshadows for a striking, multidimensional effect. In this look, I chose to showcase it layered over Devinah Salvator, which is, without a doubt, the most beautiful red metallic eyeshadow I own, enhancing its brilliance.
Everything purchased by me, and all opinions expressed are entirely my own.
Step-by-Step Guide to Achieving the FUN Holo Boss Prisma Eyeshadow Look

Achieve the Stunning FUN Holo Boss Prisma Eyeshadow Look: A Step-by-Step Guide
- Start by applying Urban Decay Sin Eyeshadow Primer to create a smooth base, then buff Lethal Predation eyeshadow all over your eyelids.
- Enhance the depth of your eye look by deepening the outer third of the lid with Lethal Unity.
- Once that’s done, apply Devinah Specular Glue to your lids and lower lids, then brush Devinah Salvatore onto both areas for a dazzling finish.
- For added dimension, deepen the outer third of your lids once again with Devinah Starfire.
- Brighten your inner third with the eye-catching Fun Holo Boss Prisma to create that necessary pop.
- Mix Lethal Daisy and Predation to form a seamless transition shade; blend it out well. To soften edges, use Laura Mercier Undereye Setting Powder.
- Utilize a winged liner brush to tightline with Nabla 3 Cupid’s Arrow liner, extending it into a dramatic wing at the outer corners.
- Smudge Lethal Unity on top of your tightline for added intensity.
- Complete the look by highlighting under your brows with Black Moon Shroom.
- Finish off the makeup with a coat of your favorite mascara for a voluminous look.

Insights and Impressions of the Holo Boss Prisma Eyeshadow
The Fun Lacquer Holo Boss Prisma Eyeshadow is a true standout, described as a 100% holographic eyeshadow. As the priciest single eyeshadow I’ve ever invested in at $49, it certainly had high expectations to meet. The formula is distinct; its gel hybrid texture feels incredibly silky and glides effortlessly across my eyelids without any wet or clumpy sensation. When layered over a red base, like the one used in this look, it creates a brightening effect and adds a captivating scattered holographic shimmer. I plan to experiment with applying Holo Boss Prisma on its own or layered over a silver shade to see how much more of its holographic beauty can be revealed.
Drawing from my extensive collection of holographic nail polishes, I suspect I may prefer the holographic effect on nails rather than on eyes, but I don’t regret this purchase, despite its hefty price tag.
