In-Depth Overview of the Liquid Blush Formula
$8.50/0.17 oz. – $50.00 Per Ounce
The liquid blush formula is designed to be “buildable,” providing a high pigment payoff that blends seamlessly onto the skin. It offers two distinct finishes: radiant and matte. The matte finish dries down to a powder-like texture, ensuring long-lasting wear of approximately eight to nine hours. In contrast, the radiant finish retains a dewy appearance without becoming tacky, offering decent durability of around seven hours. This versatility allows users to choose their desired look while enjoying a comfortable wear throughout the day.
According to the brand, it is recommended to remove any excess product from the oversized doe-foot applicator before applying. Start by dotting a small amount onto the apples of your cheeks. The formula is forgiving, as it sheers out to provide a medium level of coverage, making it easy to work with. However, a little product goes a long way, so I suggest using one or two dots at most. My preferred method is to place the dots on the back of my hand and then gently diffuse the product with my fingertip before applying it to my cheeks for a seamless finish.
If you tend to apply makeup with a heavier hand, using a stippling brush might be a better method for application. I often reach for a brush in situations where a liquid or cream blush is more pigmented, as it allows for better control and a more blended appearance, ensuring that the blush looks natural and flattering on the skin.
