In a recent update, Oral Science has confirmed that its EMS clients will continue to receive comprehensive assistance related to integration and maintenance directly through EMS. Effective March 8, 2024, EMS has mandated that all dental offices that purchased an AIRFLOW® Prophylaxis Master, AIRFLOW® One, or any associated products through Oral Science, to reach out to EMS customer service at +1 (800) 367.0367 or [email protected] for any inquiries or issues, and email EMS at [email protected] for service authorization, repair needs, maintenance, or troubleshooting assistance.
In accordance with EMS’s directives, Oral Science is unable to provide ongoing services for EMS products acquired through their company. Nonetheless, Oral Science will keep its inventory of EMS products available for purchase until it is completely cleared out. This means that clients still have the opportunity to acquire these products while stock lasts, ensuring they can continue to benefit from the high-quality solutions offered by EMS.
