Ireland AM shared a clip from the show on their Instagram page.
In the clip, Muireann said: “Cause I know I work with some lovely people here on Ireland AM and I’d say a penchant for the hair dye is something that is enjoyed. Can we see a picture here?”
Next, they shared an old picture of Tommy when he was younger playing football.
In the snap, Tommy had bleach blonde hair and he was in a rugby jersey.

Muireann then said: “Look at that. Our very own Liam Gallagher.”
Later on in the clip, Muireann shared a hilarious story about Alan when she saw him in a hair salon one time.
The presenter said: “This is years ago I walked into a hair salon and there was this really famous guy there his name is Alan Hughes and there was not one, not two but three people doing his hair.
“They’re doing his tiny hair I have never laughed so much.”
Alan then chimed in saying: “There was not.”
While Muireann replied: “I swear to god. You were sitting there each of them dying individual pieces of hair.”
Ireland AM captioned the video saying: “
This comes after Alan recently was left red-faced this morning as chef Joe made a dirty innuendo.
Alan was with co-host Tommy Bowe as they watched chef Joe Shannon work his magic to make a prawn and beef burger.

However, when it came time to eat the tasty-looking sandwich, Joe couldn’t help but make an innuendo.
Alan said: “Oh my God that looks delicious.”
Joe said: “Get your mouth around that Alan and feel the juices. Get your mouth around that.”
Alan shook his head and said: “Joe.” But he and Tommy burst into fits of giggles.
Joe seriously asked after they had tasted the burger: “Oh straight in. How is that? That should be full of flavour.”
Alan said: “The chorizo is lovely in it.”
Joe said: “Do you get a little bit of a kick of it? There’s a little bit of spice off it which is beautiful.

“The beauty of that is while you’re cooking it, all that flavour and that paprika is going through your meat.
“It adds that extra bit of flavour.”
