I’ve been embracing the double cleansing technique for what feels like an eternity, but in reality, it started for me in 2015. I’ve been using this dynamic duo for several months now and truly appreciate when I come across a cleanser pair that complements each other seamlessly. While it may not be essential for them to match, it certainly enhances the experience when they do! The cleansing balm boasts a wonderfully herbal aroma with hints of mint, thanks to its blend of sage, rosemary, green tea, and lavender. What sets the Super Greens collection apart is the inclusion of broccoli and Brussels sprout extract. This balm melts and emulsifies like a traditional cleansing balm, though it is slightly thicker than some counterparts, necessitating a follow-up cleanse for that complete clean feeling. Caution is advised around the eyes, as it can take some time for the balm to fully clear if it gets into them! As a first cleanse, it leaves my skin feeling exquisitely soft and hydrated, courtesy of nourishing ingredients like avocado, moringa oil, and marula oil!
