Authorities apprehended three women from the East Bay on Monday evening after they allegedly stole over $3,000 worth of high-end perfumes from a local Napa shop, leading to a dramatic car chase that ended in Vallejo. This incident is believed to be part of a larger pattern of similar thefts occurring at various stores in the region.
According to Napa Police Sgt. Brett Muratori, the suspects entered the Ulta Beauty store located at 1725 Trancas St. around 5:36 p.m., where they quickly gathered a significant selection of fragrances from the shelves. After completing their heist, they fled the store in a white sedan, prompting immediate action from law enforcement.

Following the theft, the Napa Police department promptly disseminated detailed descriptions of the suspects and their getaway vehicle over police radio communications. The American Canyon Police swiftly located the vehicle. When officers attempted to pull over the sedan, the driver refused to stop, resulting in a pursuit that continued into Vallejo, where police successfully halted the car and arrested the three occupants – identified as 33-year-old Myeshia Lucas Woodward from Fremont and two Oakland residents, 24-year-old Alysha Ishe Ramsey and 32-year-old Charlene Charla Lee Flenaugh.

Upon searching the vehicle, officers discovered numerous fragrance bottles, along with other merchandise believed to have been stolen not only from Ulta stores in Napa but also from various locations across the region, according to Sgt. Muratori.
After their arrest, the three women were transported to Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center for medical evaluation, where they were positively identified by Ulta employees from Napa as the individuals involved in the theft, as reported by Muratori.
All three suspects, Woodward, Ramsey, and Flenaugh, were subsequently booked into Napa County Jail on charges of grand theft, receiving stolen property, and criminal conspiracy. Notably, Woodward was on parole at the time of her arrest, while Flenaugh had two outstanding warrants in connection with other offenses outside Napa County, as communicated by Sgt. Muratori.
